This year, don't let the off season make you stale. Just because it has come doesn't mean you have to let your snowboarding skills go to waste. Traditional four wheeled skateboards can only make up to 25 degree turns. The snowboard simulating flowboard, with all it's 17 wheels, can make much sharper turns.

The truck-less design of the flowboard makes it capable of carving up to 45 degree turns. That is sharp when compared to the wide 25 degree turns of a skateboard. The flowboard is exceptional for carving sessions down paved roads.

The t-board, made by Tierney Rides is that many snowboarders use to train with over the summer. The t-board has only two wheels that are on caster trucks. The design of the t-board makes it ride like a snowboard does when it is on its edge in snow.

The last board that I'll talk about is called the freebord. While the other two boards simulate the feel of carving on a snowboard, the freebord simulates both the feeling of sliding and carving in snowboarding.

There are four wheels that extend outside of the freebord that simulate a snowboard's edge. With the edge you can effectively keep your speed under control, as well as stop just like you would on a snowboard. To reproduce the sliding experience in snowboarding, the freebord has two wheels located underneath it. With those wheels underneath it, you can drift into a switch stance when riding down a road.

All of these boards simulate in some way the thrill and experience of snowboarding. Don't let the lack of snow, or even the cost of lift tickets keep you from having fun.

To maximize the benefits of exercise you need to stay within your target heart rate range as long as possible. The target heart rate range of a semitrained individual is 60% - 80% of his/her maximum heart rate. For beginners or people in cardiac rehabilitation an optimum target heart rate is 50-60%.

What is a pulse oximeter? Does it measure the heart rate? Pulse oximeters are medical equipment using noninvasive methods to monitor individual's oxygen saturation levels. People who never used a pulse oximeter sometimes assume that there is some needle hidden in it that punctures skin and oximeter then analyzes the blood drops but that is not true. The key to learning to improve running speed is to establish benchmarks for several different kinds of speed. Then, target everything at once. The harder you work your body, after all, the faster you will be able to run. That means that one moment you should do a drill to improve sprinting speed and then, immediately afterwards, work on a long-distance running drill. I'm still enjoying what native Floridians describe as "cool weather." That would be when the temperature is in the 70's. In Long Island, where I have spent a good portion of my life, that is a heat wave of monstrous proportions this time of year. A friend of mine who's a former chef once said to me, "If you like warm weather, get a job in a kitchen. If you really want to burn up, work in a busy kitchen."

He wasn't kidding. I had the pleasure of walking by a broiler one day, and I can't fathom how these guys do it. That broiler ran at 800 degrees, which is exactly how they can churn out dozens of steaks per night. Too warm for me.

Moving along to health and fitness, here is your heart advice for the afternoon.

1. You don't have to be old to have a heart attack. By this I mean you don't have to be 65 or older (though that is looking younger to me, every day), or considered senior, to have a heart attack. Heart attacks can and do strike at all ages, and the demographic is moving lower. The statistics for women are almost similar to men (heart disease is now the #1 cause of death in women, beating out breast cancer) and we lose 150,000 people a year, under age 65, to heart attacks.

2. Nutrition is very important. That whole "eat the rainbow" thing is actually good advice. Vegetables and fruits come in lots of different colors. Brighter colors mean more anti-oxidants.

3. If you're past the age of thirty-five and experience some E.D., you might have some artery blockage. Have a cardiologist check this out immediately. Don't wait for a yearly physical.

One of the greatest things you can do for your heart is to start taking pharmaceutical grade fish oil. There are even some signs that doctors here and there are starting to get the message.

The National Institute For Health and Clinical Excellence now advises doctors to provide fish oil for patients that have suffered heart attacks. The Institute believes that if doctors follow their advice, their patients will be at lower risk of suffering further heart attacks.

It's frustrating to see so many new diet pill scams pop up lately. It's also frustrating to see so many people (or websites) supporting such diet pills by endorsing their products so they can get their cut as well. In light of this frustration, I thought I'd write about one of the most popular scams that's hit the internet lately: The Autoship.

Let me start out by giving a basic definition of an autoship program for those who may not be familiar with it. Essentially, an autoship program is simply a program in which the company will automatically ship you a product in regular intervals of time so that you don't have to bother with continual purchases of the same product on a regular basis. Most autoships send new supplies of products on a monthly basis. They will automatically charge your credit card whenever the shipment is sent out.

So what's so bad about it? It sounds pretty nice and convenient right? Well, it is. If that's what the consumer wants, then there's nothing wrong at all with sales practice. Please note, that I am not saying that all autoship programs are evil. An autoship can be good or bad, depending on how the company uses it. Unfortunately, many companies try to trick you into enrolling in the autoship without you knowing about it.

The problem arose once companies realized that no one was reading the fine print in the 'terms and conditions.' They saw an opportunity to put the autoship details in the fine print so that people didn't usually find out that by buying whatever the product was, they were also agreeing to engage in the autoship program. This is where consumers started to get taken advantage of.

Then diet pill companies got "smarter." They realized that if they offered a "free" trial, they could get a lot more people to sign up for the autoship. Who doesn't want something for free? And this is where they really start to make their money. It's also the source of thousands of complaints filed on complaint boards all over the internet. Now we see these free trial offers all over the internet (not just for diet pills).

To give you an idea of just how horrible some of these programs can be, I'll try to walk you through a classic autoship agreement hidden in the fine print. I'll use Customer John as an example. John sees an ad for a free trial and says "Sure, why not?" In order for John to get the free trial they ask for all of his information. If John looked enough he might also find in their privacy policy that they reserve the right to sell his information to third parties (this is not a good thing). They also get his credit card information so that he can pay the small shipping fee (Bingo! This is also so they can charge it in the future).

John glances over the fine print, gets bored and checks the box saying that he agrees to the terms and conditions. He clicks submit and little does he know that he is now a full fledged member of the company's autoship program. 15 days later he sees a charge on his credit card for $60 (could be anywhere from $30 to $100 depending on the product). What he didn't know is that he only had 15 days to call and cancel the autoship. On the 15th day, they shipped him another month's supply and gladly charged his credit card. If he doesn't call soon, he'll see another charge for the same amount next month. Furious, John calls customer service to get an explanation of what happened and to demand a refund. John is either given the run around and can't get ahold of anyone with actual answers or his phone call doesn't get answered at all (this is not always that case, but is common). Now, after paying hundreds, he has a few diet pills that, even if they were effective, he wouldn't take because he's so mad.

Now again, are all autoship programs scams? No. There are many companies out there that fully disclose (and make it obvious for the consumer) that they are enrolling in an autoship. Others give the consumer the option to enroll or not to enroll. There's nothing wrong with this at all. But there are many, many other companies who's sole purpose of the product and website is to deceive the consumer and suck as much money as they can out of them. So be wise and make sure that you are fully aware of what you are agreeing to. Read the fine print. You'll be glad that you did!

When you start to research the ingredients that are in a given diet pill, you'll want to be sure that you use credible sources. Unfortunately, many diet pills provide information on the ingredients that sounds more like a sales pitch (because it is) than unbiased statements. A such, you should always verify their cliams by researching the ingredients for yourself. PubMed, Wikipedia, and peer-reviewed medical journals are good sources of unbiased information.

One common trick that diet pills will use is to cite a clinical study of an ingredient, but try to make it appear as though it was a study on their product itself. Don't get me wrong, it's great when they cite research on ingredients as long as they disclose that the research is actually on the ingredient in the diet pill. Also, many will 'quote' research but will give no reference to verify that the study was legitimate or that it even happened. Essentially if they don't clearly reference the study in a way that you can find it yourself, you shouldn't believe anything that they've said.

The importance to research the ingredients yourself is made clear in the popularity of some of the latest fad diet pill ingredients (for example, acai berry and hoodia gordonii). These two ingredients are touted all over the internet as being the next secret to weight loss. And one would easily be convinced after reading all of the hype. The fact of the matter is, however, that these two ingredients aren't backed by a single legitimate, well documented scientific study. They may have good health benefits, but they won't help you lose weigt (despite what all the diet companies tell you).

Once you have verified that a certain ingredient has been proven to cause weight loss, your research isn't over there. You must also verify that the amount of the ingredient used in the diet pill is up to par with what the clinical studies have shown to be effective. Too often diet pills will use 'Proprietary Blends' that hide the amounts of the ingredients.

For example, if an ingredient was shown to cause weight loss in a study that used 600 mg per dosage, in order for the diet pill to have the same effect it would obviously need to have the same amount of the ingredient. But what many companies do is they put a small amount of the ingredient in the pill so that they can advertise that they have the ingredient and then not disclose how much you're actually getting by takingit. In short, look for diet pills that allow you to verify their effectiveness by listing the amounts of all their ingredients.

Yet another ling to keep an eye out for: extremely long lists of ingredients. Now, I'm not saying that a diet pill is automatically bad if it does have a lot of ingredients. But what I am saying is that some companies will try to fool you into thinking that its the best diet pill because they have a list of ingredients a mile long. Often because they have so many, they aren't able to include each on in high enough amounts to be effective.

Some of what you've read may seem like common sense. It is. But it's so often overlooked by consumers that diet pill companies are making a killing by providing sub-par products. When it comes down it, the ingredients are the only things that make a pill effective. So make sure you do your homework to make the right choices when picking diet pills.

The short name for the Atkins nutritional approach is the Atkins diet. It was the brainchild of the doctor named Robert Atkins. He had gained a lot of weight in medical school. Atkins read about a low-carb diet in one of his medical journals. He built on that diet and eventually made it popular.

Dr. Atkins had rather radical theories about the nature of weight gain as expressed in the Atkins diet. He held that saturated fats weren't as bad as people claim. Instead it was carbohydrates that led to the weight problems Americans have. Atkins held that our obsession with fat actually worsened the problem. Many low-fat foods are packed with carbohydrates. Dieters were being tricked into eating foods that would cause them to gain more weight.

The Atkins diet changes this. By cutting out carbohydrates people would burn stored body fats. Lose the fat lose the weight. It's not just a matter of eating less. Dr. Atkins held that your diet could actually help you burn calories. In fact Atkins cited a study that claimed the body would burn an extra 950 calories on his diet. But later reviews of his studies found that his claims were false.

In addition to claims of weight loss, Dr. Atkins said his Atkins diet could help people with type 2 diabetes. Type 2 diabetes is most often associated with obesity. Weight loss associated with the Atkins diet, as with any diet, would therefore help people manage type 2 diabetes. But the Atkins diet is also low in carbohydrates, which must be avoided with type 2 diabetes regardless of caloric intake, so by means of this aspect of the diet Atkins claimed those who suffer type 2 diabetes would no longer need medication such as insulin. But that's counter to the prevailing medical theories regarding type 2 diabetes which, although recommending that lowered intake of carbohydrates and weight loss help manage diabetes, ascribe no causal relationship between carbohydrates and type 2 diabetes.

So just how does this Atkins diet work? Induction, ongoing weight loss, pre-maintenance and lifetime maintenance are the four necessary phases of the diet. Here are more details of Induction which is the most crucial of the phases.

The Induction phase is the most difficult phase of the Atkins diet. This phase should be followed for a period of two weeks. Carbohydrates are nearly removed entirely from the diet, only 15-20 grams can be consumed each day. The result of this phase should be ketosis, a metabolic reaction by which the body converts stored fat into fatty acids, generally prompted by a lack of glucose. Weight loss of 20 pounds over this period isn't uncommon that's a staggering amount.

The next three phases of the Atkins diet help establish the levels of carbs people can consume in order to lose weight and to maintain a desired weight. Millions of people are still losing weight on this diet but beware the dangers of taking in too much fat.

What kind of massage therapy do you get with the DR6700? The DR-6700 comes with four pre-programmed programs. Sanyo has developed themed massage programs which consist of Fine, Recovery, Stiffness and Relax. There are also many manual options for your relaxation needs. If you have a particular trouble spot or area, then you can switch to manual mode and use a manual massage. I've seen Colotox advertised more on the internet and decided it was time to do a review. As always, I looked at the product itself first and then focused on the company behind the product to see what we were dealing with. I'm sure glad that I did, because Colotox seems to be up there with the worst colon cleanse operations that I've seen.

As far as the product itself goes, it seems to be your average colon cleanser. It contains the normal fiber ingredients with a few others thrown in the mix. I see no reason why the product wouldn't be effective. I do, however, wish that they would disclose the amounts of the ingredients.

Colotox, like a few other colon cleansing scams, has a very big 'free trial' option on their website. I hoped for the best, and started digging into their terms and conditions. To my dismay (not very surprising unfortunately) they have an autoship described in the fine print that they hope you wont see. If you accept the free trial you only have 14 days to cancel the program before you are charged $38.95 for a month's supply of the product that is being shipped to you. 30 days after your order you begin receiving shipments and charged $44.90 every month thereafter until you cancel. What's sad is that most people won't realize this and will get scammed into the free trial and get hit with a bunch of unnexpected charges 14 days later.

In addition to having a shady autoship program, if you are able to ever return your product (more on that later) they charge you a 15% restocking fee. It's already not looking good for Colotox. They have definitely created their policies to be favorable to one and only one person...themselves.

Now, it wasn't easy but after a lot of searching I was able to find the company behind Colotox: Central Coast Nutraceuticals Inc. To make a long story short, the Better Business Bureau gave them an 'F' rating. And aparently for good reason. I also found a complaint filed against them through the Arizona Attorney General's office for using deceptive and misleading sales practices. Needless to say, it's not looking good for Colotox.

In conclusion, I think it's pretty clear that Colotox is something that you want to stay away from. While the product may be a decent one, the company's business practices are enough for me to never buy anything from them at all. If you do choose Colotox, consider yourself warned about the autoship, restocking fee, and poor customer service.

2 lb. head of green cabbage, 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil, 4 oz. good quality slab bacon diced into 1/4-inch cubes, coarse sea salt, and red wine vinegar or lemon wedges is all you need for this easy fast low carb recipe.

Preheat the oven to 350F(180C) about a half hour before you start making the recipe. Trim the stem of the cabbage and remove one layer of the outer leaves. Cut the cabbage into half and then cut each half into three even wedges.

Using oil to coat a rimmed baking sheet. Place the cabbage wedges onto it, trying to keep them about an inch apart on it. Finish with half of the cubed bacon sprinkling on the top.

Roast the cabbage for about twenty minutes or until browned, then the cabbage turn over add the rest of the bacon and roast for another twenty minutes or so. Sprinkle with salt and serve with vinegar or lemon wedges.

Another perfect low carb recipe for you is blue cheese dressing. This is a real simple and quick recipe. 4 oz. blue cheese, crumbled, 1 cup sour cream, 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 2 tsp. minced garlic, 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar, and some salt and pepper to taste that will be all you need for it.

To prepare this low carb recipe is easy, all you need to do is mix all the ingredients in a bowl or container, cover and refrigerate overnight, use as needed for up to one week, after which the remains should be thrown out.

Perfect low carb recipe for the summer and helps you to stick to the diet and achieve the body that you have always desired much easier. The best of all is they are quick and simple to make.

Catskill MT Thunder where NY Motorcycle Riders Gather

We all know that when the first settlers came to America they where following a dream! What most do not know is that many of those dreams where inspired by paintings of the Catskill Mountains. At the beginning of this country's history artists where mesmerized by the beauty of these mountains and painted many pictures of them. These pictures where sent and sold all over the world and they had a huge part in creating what later became know as the American dream.

Fast forward a couple Hundred years to September 10th through the 14th 2008 and now what draws hundreds of American Bikers every year to the Catskill Mountains is the Blackthorne Resort in East Durham and the Catskill Mountain Thunder Motorcycle Rally. This event which is a weekend get away for some and a week long party for others has just about everything a biker dreams of. Even though the Blackthorne Resorts grounds are large, they do fill up fast and Bikers reserve there Cabins, RV sites or Camp sites up to a year in advance just to make sure there is room for them on the grounds. (There are plenty of other resorts in the area who welcome the Biker overflow from the Blackthorne) Me and my Brother Mopar Tom arrived on Thursday Night and the first thing We did was to check out what seemed like a million vendors, Who where selling every thing from Motorcycle stickers to Custom Motorcycles.Then of course it was time to grab some drinks. First drink was at the Tikki Bar by the large in ground pool. The Second was at the Blackthorne's on premise full service bar. Not wanting to over do it on my first night there (I would save that for my second night) I called it an early night at around 2am and was off to get some sleep.

On Friday the fuse was lit and the weekend festivities got into full swing. I spent the day wandering around the Blackthorne checking ever thing out drinking and partying with Hundreds of new and old friends. As the sun went down and the Night began things just got better! I watched Bikers take their Motorcycles up in the air and do Ariel Burn outs as I listened to the Music of Molly Hatchet LIVE !

The Nights at Blackthorne Run late and the Mornings come early! Some Choose to start their days off riding around the incredible Catskill Mountains, either in a group on a guided tour or by themselves with no destination at all. The roads in the Catskills go on forever and even after many years of riding them each trip still offers something new ! My favorite spot to ride to has been for many years Nicks Waterfall House in Gilboa, In my opinion no ride threw the Catskills is Complete with out a burger and a beer at Nicks!

Others who don't wake till the afternoon can spend their day's at the Blackthorne checking out the vendors buying new Biker gear, Watching Rhett Rotten and his amazing vintage Wall of Death Motorcycle stunt show, Looking at the art work of Ron Finch, Placing their votes for their favorites in the Bike show, participating in the Bike games or enjoying a list of many other wickedly fun Biker activities. Saturday Night again offered Bikers more then they could handle plus Hot Female Spaghetti Wrestling, Live Ultimate Fighting bouts, Lots more live music and plenty of late night partying. On Sunday some Bikers headed home while others hung around for another day of fun including a pig roast!

I have been a biker all my life and to this day the bond of Brotherhood that is shared by bikers still amazes me. I'm not sure if the fact that the Blackthorne is a family resort every other week of the year has anything to do with it, But I found the feeling of Brotherhood and Family to be very strong at this event. When I can hangout and party with Bikers I have just met and feel like I have known them for Twenty years, It strongly reinforces all the reasons I love being a Biker!

I have left out many great things about the Blackthorne and its Catskill Mountain Thunder Motorcycle Rally, The reason for this is because if you missed this event you do not deserve to know all its secrets until you have attended it for yourself !!! Maybe you have been searching for the fountain of youth to restore your gorgeous looks and prevent any further damage from aging. Actually, the Chinese have known about a potential fountain for centuries. Oolong tea has some wonderful age-fighting abilities, and a few lovely mugs a day may help you maintain your youth or undo the damage already done!

Wu long and wu yi tea varietals have become all the rage in both the weight loss and age-fighting arenas. Both teas are highly beneficial in improving overall health, but is one better than the other? To answer this question, let us look at the origin of tea.

Tea begins as a plant called camellia sinensis. The tea leaves are picked at different times and then prepared in different ways. The four major teas are black tea, green tea, white tea and oolong tea and they are fermented in different ways or harvested at different times.

White tea and green tea are unfermented and considered highly nutritious, yet they have a bit of a bitter, grassy flavor. White tealeaves are picked prior to the opening of the bud making it a bit milder. Black tea is fermented for a long time and thus, it is not as nutritious as green tea; however, the flavor is more agreeable to our Western palates.

Oolong tea is fermented for a short time. Because the process is shorter, oolong tea is still highly nutritious, but the fermenting process makes the tea milder in aroma and flavor. Wu long and wu yi tea are both oolong teas. Wu long tealeaves are harvested during the first cycle of leaf growth on the tea plant. The plant is then allowed to regenerate for more cycles of growth and harvest.

Tea connoisseurs tend to believe that because of this, wu long tea is of higher quality and it is usually priced higher than wu yi tea. Wu yi tea, though, has the same health benefits and is just as capable of fighting aging as wu long tea. It is usually less expensive, and the flavor and aroma differences are so subtle that I personally feel that it is not worth the extra dollars to buy wu long tea versus wu yi tea. Both teas will help me maintain my youthful skin!

In a way, this is the same situation as purchasing a decent bottle of wine. Should you spend $50 on a bottle of Shiraz when you can spend $20 on a relatively equal quality wine? Think of it this way: If over the course of a year you gain 12 pounds of muscle through diet, exercise, and strength training, you will burn an extra 72 calories per day, or around 26,000 calories per year.

How do you burn off fat and get muscles? Well, unfortunately you need to burn calories to do this. And each pound will need about 3,500 calories to get rid of. The best thing is if you can include some strength training in your daily ritual and you will be able to lose more or less 7 " calories over the course of one year. You really have the chance to get a remarkable body this way. If you do strength training together with youre a healthy diet, daily activities and aerobic exercise you will soon see a change. Most important of all is that you will have created a lasting way to lose weight!

This is so important because age works against us. Muscle is a calorie-burning blessing, but it also diminishes with age. If you dont replace the lean muscle tissue you are losing with strength training exercise, you will lose it, thereby increasing the percentage of fat in the body.

Strength training has a lot of other advantages: Your bones get stronger because they are stressed during exercise. Also the density increases because of this. And the great thing about this is that you have less chance of getting osteoporosis! You have less chance of injury, look better, feel better and more self assured " surely this is a win-win situation all round! You also have less chance of being depressed and you will notice that you sleep a lot better than you ever have before.

Of course youre thinking that this will cost you a lot of money as you have to go to a gym and pay a membership. But you can also use free weight such as dumb bells and special tubing for resistance. Or use your own body weight. Be creative!

What is meditation? Simply stated, it's a series of exercises and methods used to focus our mind's awareness. Using mediation, we can learn how to reach new levels of peace and tranquility in our daily lives. And using meditation, we can learn how to achieve true anxiety relief.

And while the tranquility meditation offers us is a powerful tool, it is also a tool that goes widely un-used. That's because a lot of people are intimidated by meditation. They think it takes years of "monastery training." Or they think you need to have a natural talent for it. But that's not true of meditation at all.

Meditation is actually quite easy to do. Oh sure, to learn and use advanced meditation techniques takes considerable time and practice, but the truth is that you can begin to learn meditation very quickly. And after just a few short, simple sessions, you can begin to enjoy many of the benefits it holds.

To start out, I think it's best to try to find some competent instruction somewhere. Look for an organized class. It's always better to have a teacher who's "been there" to help you avoid the wrong turns. Local community organizations like community colleges, churches, or organizations like the YMCA are great, low cost places to find some beginning instruction.

If you're the solitary type, you can try using a book on meditation. You'll definitely find lots of them in your local library or bookstore. Books can give you a great overview and general understanding of meditation. Their one drawback though is that you don't get much feedback from a book. But they can get you started very quickly.

Audio CDs and DVDs are an excellent way to get started with meditation. They provide more guidance by actually leading you into and through each meditation session. This gives you a more "full-bodied" experience and leads to a deeper practice and understanding which leads to more anxiety relief benefits.

Breathing meditations are the usual first meditations learned by beginners. These are easy to learn and they give you a quick understanding of what meditation feels like. Depending on your desire, you can move into more advanced forms of meditating like full-body meditations or conceptual or emotional meditations. The practice of meditation is a very old and studied art. It's been around for 1,000's of years because it yields real benefits. This product review will touch on some of the cool electronic features, massage therapy functions and warranty coverage. We present our analysis of the DR-6700 massage chair recliner.

Warranty coverage is the dryer of the subjects that we are obligated to cover, but in the long run it can be very important. Massage chairs are complex machines with both electrical components and mechanical mechanisms. Quality levels continue a steady improvement, but there are occasional issues. Make sure you protect yourself with an adequate warranty.

The warranty coverage of the Sanyo DR 6700K is 3 years on the roller mechanism. The roller mechanism is contained in the chair back and is responsible for providing the massage therapy for your back, neck and shoulders. Parts and Labor are both covered for 1 year for the rest of the massage chair. Sanyo also gives you 1 year of in home technician service. What kind of massage therapy do you get with the DR6700? The DR-6700 comes with four pre-programmed programs. Sanyo has developed themed massage programs which consist of Fine, Recovery, Stiffness and Relax. These programs are well designed and provide for effective massage therapy depending on the focus selected.

Additionally, the Sanyo chair is armed with manual massage techniques. These can be used to target specific symptoms or areas of the body for relief. One of massage techniques for instance is called Grip. The Grip massage treatment uses a gripping action that can soothe and relieve tired and sore muscles. This type of massage is particularly effective for the shoulder and neck areas.

There are many adjustments you can make with the in the manual massage mode. You can select the roller width adjustment. The rollers in the chair back can be set at a wider or narrower depending on where you would like the massage to penetrate. Also, you can adjust the intensity of the massage. You can make it softer or more vigorous. If you are tender, then a softer mode may be appropriate, whereas if you want deeper penetration you can set it stronger.

Another set of functions integrated into the DR 6700 are manual massage courses. Manual massage courses will move the roller mechanism in a certain zone or region of the body. For instance, you can select neck and shoulders as the region and then select the kneading massage. The kneading will be done exclusively in this area for the duration of the massage.

The DR-6700 comes with some advanced electronics that are also integrated into the massage chair. There is a Stiffness Detector. This measure the degree or perspiration and pulse rate when your fingers are placed on the secondary remote sensor. The massage chair is then able to determine areas in the body that have unusual tension or stiffness. The on board computer then automatically targets these areas for relief.

Need a good lower body massage? This Sanyo model comes equipped with an air compression massage system for the lower body. A compression massage uses a squeezing action to relieve tired, aching muscles. The air compression massage targets the legs, calves and feet. They have also integrated a heater to warm the bottoms of your feet.

The Sanyo DR6700K is a luxury massage chair. It has many of the same features as the highest model the DR7700K. The specialized GK rollers provide an excellent over the shoulder massage which is unique to the Sanyo line. There are also interesting features like the stiffness detector to automatically locate and target areas of tension in your body. The warranty coverage is good for this model.
